It is a 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom apartment, with extraordinary sea views. The sea and pool views from the terrace and the bedroom balcony make it a perfect place to have a drink or dinner outdoors at any time of the day and especially with the pleasant evening sun all year round. Comfortable terrace with table and chairs for 4 people. Spacious living and dining room, independent kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, small fridge, microwave, cupboards and complete kitchenware. A master bedroom with double bed and the second bedroom with 2 single beds. Both with fitted closets, which contain spaces to leave suitcases. The complex has a communal garden and swimming pool, very quiet even in summer time. The swimming pool is open from the first month of April until the end of October. Garden open all year round. Located in the center of town, just 7-8 minutes walk from the Balcon de Europa, full of restaurants, stores and services around. The beach is only 3 minutes down some stairs. This cove is the beginning of the famous Burriana Beach. Internet, electricity, water and final cleaning included. Parking area in the complex with the principle of parking on a first come first served basis (not enough parking spaces for all apartments). It´s a apartment of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in Torresol block in Torrecilla Beach, with sea views east facing, very close to the beach (30 meters), and only 7-8 minutes walking distance to Balcon de Europe. Full equipped kitchen. A third small room uses as a dressing room with coat racks and to store suitcases. Plenty of restaurants and shop around. Internet , electricity, water, and final cleaning included. A smart TV with foreign channels, and A/C in living room and bedrooms. Comunal swimming pool in a comunal garden is available as well. Pool open first April - end October. Garden open all year round. The terrace has a table with 4 chairs where you can eat or have a drink (the 2 big chairs and little table on the pictures has been changed) A couple of beach chair are offered and available to take them to the beach.
